Rather than clubs having to develop their own app, Next Goal Wins is a central hub for clubs to manage their entire online club engagement. This one-stop shop approach reduces costs and maintenance required. Unlike social media, this approach allows the club to share results, updates and other information in a dedicated place without competing for space or attention on a crowded timeline.

• Play fantasy football using performance data from club players! No more picking Salah or Haaland; with Fantasy Football on Next Goal Wins it is possible for parents to pick their kids and for kids to pick their parents!
• Read accurate, AI-generated match reports for every club game. Teams can add scorers, "best for" players and other match information through a few pitchside taps, and this will be converted into a detailed match report. Younger players love seeing themselves mentioned in these articles.
• Tailored push notifications and updates for club fixtures, latest scores, final scores and general club information.
• Player profiles for all club players. Tap over a player to view the performance statistics such as wins, draws, losses, goals and clean sheets.
• Club coaches and administrators can dig deeper and view player performance data from games such as shots on target, shots off target, yellow/red cards, and other information that can be used to help with player improvements. This information is added pitchside using a simple tap interface.
• It is possible to join multiple clubs. Therefore, if a parent has a boy playing with one club and a girl playing with another then they can stay connected to both clubs on Next Goal Wins using the same account.

The Next Goal Wins app is provided by Pin Point Alerts Ltd., a Kilenny-based company that specialises in web, app and notification/alert services. The company became a shirt sponsor for the local soccer team and also developed a prototype app which became very successful in 2024. From there, the company took a decision to develop a central app that clubs from anywhere could use to boost engagement... and Next Goal Wins was born.

Inspiration was also taken from the fragmented social media presence that is typically any club's default way of communicating updates. Some clubs are on Facebook, others are on Instagram, while many younger followers might only be on Tiktok. Our company was inspired to build a app that is a central go-to hub for all club information and updates. We believe we have achieved that with Next Goal Wins.

Senegal World Cup 2022, Cameroon World Cup 1990, that Ajax kit and any Bolivia jersey that you can lay your hands on. Okay, our founders hail from Carlow and that might also have played a part! Any club can sign up from any part of the world. There is a Free Plan available for smaller clubs with up to five teams, so you can avail of this if you are located in Kildare or Kazakhstan. Let's be honest, it's more likely to be Kildare!

There is a VERY generous free plan for smaller clubs, or for larger clubs that want to take a look. Clubs on the free plan will see banner ads on the app, but there are no service costs for the club. It is possible to add up to 100 players and 5 club teams on the free plan.

Clubs can also pay for premium access for just €499 per year, and this removes all team and player limitations.

The low-cost premium service fee can be quickly clawed back on the premium plan because it is possible to publish your club sponsors as a new source of revenue generation. Just get five local businesses to sponsor your club for €100 each on the app and Next Goal Wins has already paid for itself. Your sponsor's name and contact information will be available from the app home screen after your supporters login to the app. It's up to you how much you charge sponsors and you charge them directly (i.e., we aren't involved in collecting sponsor payments). Of course, if you can get your sponsors to each pay €1000 each then that's fine by us. Win-Win!

Lastly, and most importantly, there are no charges for club supporters to download or use the Next Goal Wins app. All app features are 100% free for your supporters and club members. There are no plans to ever charge supporter/users for any features.

An exhaustive list is available to read in our Privacy Statement. Here are some highlights to help answer this question:

• The service complies with GDPR and all parts of Irish data protection law. Subscriber data is permanently stored within the EU data region.
• Clubs can add their players to the service and assign them to one or more teams. If a player or their parents/guardians do not want them to appear on Next Goal Wins then simply do not add them. However, if your players and parents/guardians have already signed a social media policy during player registration then you can add them to the service.
• As we will be processing your players by using their name, we will sign your data processing agreement. If you do not have a template then we can provide one to your club. This data processing agreement is a rules-of-the-road agreement between the club and Next Goal Wins and it protects both sides.
• The service does not have any facility to post photographs or media. There is also no facility for subscribers to contact each other througyh the app. During our research, this became an important area to focus on and we are satisfied that we have this right.
• For app subscribers/users, Next Goal Wins is the Data Controller and Data Processor. This means the club will not see any contact information for subscribers, and therefore the club is not tasked with any new policies to manage lists.
• However, the club and it's supporters will be able to view subscriber names if they enter the Fantasy Football game. This is because the game has a Leaderboard (much like Fantasy Premier League) and you can check out the competition on this leaderboard.
• As coaches add juvenile players to the their teams, Next Goal Wins will geneate a random username and password for the player so they can log in to the app without ever having to provide their email address. This is a great way to ensure user privacy for club supporters that might not wish to register their contact information and ensures even greater privacy.
