Job Title: Graduate Digital Marketing Expert
Location: Kilkenny / Hybrid Role

These include NextGoalWins.ie and a variety of other services. The company was established in 2011 and has a strong track record of maintaining and growing the client base each year. Traditionally focused on the Irish market, the company is now looking at international markets for certain offerings, and a successful digital marketing strategy is crucial for these expansion plans.
We are looking for a Graduate Digital Marketing Expert to join the team and drive our digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms for all our service offerings. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for digital marketing, CRM, social media, and analytics to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role is hybrid, meaning that the successful applicant will be trusted to work independently at home for part of the week while contributing on Zoom/Teams meetings, as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing & Content Creation
- Manage and schedule content across all major social platforms, including Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook, and X.
- Develop creative and engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, ensuring brand consistency.
- Utilize Canva or similar design tools to create professional-quality visuals.
- Track and analyse social media performance, optimizing strategies based on engagement and audience insights.
SEO, Website & Digital Advertising
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Assist in updating and maintaining the company website, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Support the setup, management, and performance tracking of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Use Google Analytics and R Studio to track website and campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
- Analyse user behaviour, engagement, and conversion data to guide digital strategy.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on data insights.
Email Marketing & CRM
- Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns that engage and convert audiences.
- Integrate and utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships and personalize outreach.
Graphic & Video Design
- Create compelling marketing assets, including social media graphics, infographics, and promotional videos for YouTube and Vimeo.
- Edit and produce short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Presentations & Client Communication
- Prepare PowerPoint slide decks and marketing presentations for prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
- Be part of the sales strategy by confidently presenting to existing clients and prospective clients, both in person and via Teams.
Requirements:
- A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A post-graduate qualification is highly desirable.
- Experience managing content and engagement across Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook, and X (Twitter). Experience with Hootsuite or similar is desirable.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and/or R Studio for campaign tracking and data analysis.
- Experience with graphic design and video creation tools (e.g., Canva, Cyberlink PowerDirector, Adobe Suite, or similar).
- Strong content writing and storytelling abilities.
- Excellent presentation skills, with experience preparing and delivering PowerPoint slide decks.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong working knowledge of ChatGPT or similar AI services & integrations.
Desirable Skills (Bonus but Not Essential):
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, OnePageCRM).
- Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS.
- Understanding of email marketing automation tools, such as MailChimp or SendGrid.
- Any experience working in a real-world digital marketing environment.
